Size	500 µl, 100 ng/µl.
Description	1 kb DNA ladder in 1X DNA Loading Dye, Ready-to-Use. Promotion: free 1 ml 6X loading buffer. 1 kb Ladder DNA Sizes (bp): 200, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, 8000, 10000. Note: the 1kb ladder contains regular DNA loading buffer, not GRGreen Loading Buffer. It may not be compatible with GRGreen nucleic acid stain.
Advantages	Low cost and high quality, for regular agarose gel electrophoresis
Recommendations for Use	5 to 10 µl for each lane/well. 0.8 to 2% agarose gel should be used for better seperation. Compatible with TAE, TBE or SB buffer.
QC	From left to right: 250ng, 125ng, 62.5ng, 31.3ng, 15.6ng, 7.8ng DNA ladder, post-stained with GRGreen. 1% gel run with TAE buffer.
Storage Conditions	Stable at 4 °C for about 6 month. For longer storage, make aliquots and store at -20 °C.
