High Fidelity EZ-Taq Mastermix, 500 reactions

This ready-to-use, optimized reaction mix is provided at 2X concentration for easier preparation of PCR reactions requiring only the addition of primers, templates and water.

High Fidelity EZ-Taq Mastermix dramatically reduces the time needed to set up reactions, thereby minimizing the risk of contamination. Greater reproducibility is ensured, by a reduction in the number of pipetting steps that can lead to pipetting errors. The Mix is supplied with an additional 50mM of MgCl₂ solution for optional optimization of reaction conditions.
