FastÄQ^TM Taq DNA polymerase is designed to achieve rapid PCR without compromising specificity and accuracy. The enzyme can amplify 1 kb DNA fragment in about 30 minutes. In addition, the Taq antibody and proof-reading DNA polymerase in the enzyme mix ensure high specificity and high fidelity.

Applications

Routine PCR amplification of up to 20 kb DNA fragment.
Blunt-end PCR cloning.

FastÄQ^TM Taq DNA polymerase - 5 units/µL in 50% glycerol, 20 mM Tris-HCl, 40 mM NaCl, 0.1 mM EDTA, and enzyme stabilizers.
10X Reaction Buffer: 160 mM (NH₄)₂SO₄ , 670 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.8 (at 25 °C), 15 mM MgCl₂ , 0.1% Tween 20
